Dr. Milne is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with a PhD in Health Psychology. She is also Certified Metaphysican Practitioner with a BS in Metaphysical Healing from Delphi University. In addition to traditional talk therapy her holistic psychotherapy practice includes Heart-Centered hypnotherapy, breath therapy, past-life regression, Subtle Energy work, and HMR® (Holographic Memory Resolution). Dr. Milne is a Certified Instructor for Dying Consciously, a Reiki Master, a Reiki Phowa Practitioner, and the author of Sacred Transitions: Taking a More Conscious Role with Dying. She is passionate about helping people learn that we can consciously make death a beautiful, loving human experience rather than a medical event. Dr. Milne presents workshops locally and nationally, has published articles in national professional journals, and her CDs have sold in twelve countries. She also volunteers her time working with patients in a Chicago area hospice
