This hands-on, fun and vital experience includes games with stillness, sound, mindful art, ritual, movement, and storytelling.

Use techniques to improve attention and concentration. Find easy ways to increase feelings of calm and self-acceptance. Use practices to cultivate compassion and communicate well with others.
Appropriate for children ages six to 11-years-old. Parent, grandparent, or caregiver may accompany and participate with your child. Please wear comfy clothes.
