Fun, Fit, Food

Edie Thompson

Drop your kid off for a morning of engaging and fun activities on Martin Luther King Jr. Day. They will delight in stepping into their own personal power, the best version of themselves. Through cooperative games, their inner self will ignite in discovering the powerful resources they already possess: courage, faith, determination, passion, and motivation. All of the hands-on activities are designed to bring happiness.

Through games, yoga poses, and making a yummy lunch, your child(ren) will gain life skills to create joyful and healthy habits for emotional well-being and physical fitness.

They will explore how limiting beliefs can shift to empowering beliefs. Gaining confidence gives them an internal muscle to employ coping strategies to deal with conflicts they may encounter with schoolmates. These life skills help your child shine, thrive, and be the confident wonderful, loving, and happy child they are meant to be. Appropriate for children in kindergarten through fifth grade.
