Premonition and Precognition

Mel Doerr

Premonition and precognition is knowing beforehand an event will occur. It may appear randomly or spontaneously due to its method of delivery, usually in vivid dreams or flashes of insight. You may disregard, overlook, misinterpret, or not recognize it as important until after it has occurred. The ability of premonitions is to see a future event, in essence to have a waking vision or a flash of a future event while awake. Premonitions are about feelings or senses of nervous anxiety and gut feelings that something is about to happen while precognition is getting future information before it occurs. Find out how to discern between the two and attune better when you receive information about the future
