Eating has become a mindless act, often done quickly. It actually takes the brain up to 20 minutes to realize you are full. If you eat too quickly, the fullness signal may not arrive until you have already eaten too much. This creates binge eating.

By eating mindfully, you make enough time, focus your attention and slow down to eat intentionally instead of an unconsciously.

Mindful eating pays attention to the mind. While avoiding judgment or criticism,
you watch when the mind gets distracted, pulling away from full attention to what
you are eating or drinking. You notice the impulse and return to just eating.

The old habits of eating and not paying attention are not easy to change. Lasting change takes time and is built on many small changes. Become informed about aligning  with a high vibrational diet, the benefits of mindful eating, and its relationship to weight loss.
