
A relaxing and low impact exercise, tai chi improves concentration and mind/body awareness. This ancient Chinese health exercise promotes your vitality, structural balance, mental balance, strength, and longevity. Utilizing specific breathing techniques and slow, precise physical movements to help prevent many ailments. Use the short form, yang style, which is 12 single forms put together. In each class you work a single form that builds one on another until the 12 forms are complete. Please wear loose fit clothing.
