Nia is a combination of dance, martial arts, and mindfulness that tones your body while transforming your mind.

Nia is based on the intelligent design of the body. Each workout brings mindfulness to your dance movement experience, leaving you energized, mentally clear, and emotionally balanced. Nia cardio-dance workouts combine 52 simple moves with dance arts, martial arts, and healing arts to get you fit in 60 minutes. It is nonimpact, practiced barefoot, and adaptable to your individual needs and abilities. Please wear comfortable clothes that you can move in, and bring water and a yoga mat.
Because of the current situation with the coronavirus, this course is available on Zoom and/or at Infinity if conditions improve and allow it. You will be emailed a link after you register to watch and participate in the class on Zoom.
